IT Infrastructure Manager (M/K)

• Strong background in IT infrastructure
• Experience leading IT teams (including remote teams)
• Good knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud
• Experience with IT service management (e.g., ITIL)
• Good communication and project management skills
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region

• Experience in regional or international IT roles

• Lead a regional IT Infrastructure team and external vendors
• Set priorities and coordinate daily operations and projects
• Work closely with country managers and corporate IT

• Oversee incidents, changes and service requests
• Support critical issues and ensure a good user experience
