• Strong background as an Infrastructure / Network Project Manager
• Experience coordinating 10+ engineers and security professionals
• Proven multi-project and program management experience
• Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure security concepts
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments

Nice to have:

• Manufacturing or OT environment experience
• Knowledge of NIS2, IAM, IDS/IPS, or firewall-driven architectures
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, PMI or similar

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure and network projects (WiFi, WAN, firewalls, OT/IT integration)
• Coordinate work across multiple infrastructure, security, and factory teams
• Manage dependencies across several parallel projects and external PMs
• Ensure secure-by-design delivery aligned with network and security standards
• Drive stakeholder alignment and provide clear project reporting
