Cybersecurity Starter Academy

• Open to individuals at any career stage interested in professional development in cybersecurity.
• No prior experience in cybersecurity required; IT experience is welcome.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability during training from Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 19:00, in remote mode.
• Willingness to undertake internship or employment after training.
• Must have own computer available for participation.

• Participate in Cybersecurity Starter Academy consisting of 6 thematic blocks: Cyber strategy, Cloud security, Digital identity, Industrial installation security, Penetration testing, and SAP security.
• Attend hybrid training sessions: 2 meetings in Warsaw and online classes.
• Engage in training sessions held in Polish and/or English from 15:00 to 19:00.
• Complete the academy and obtain a certificate.
• Opportunity for internship (mandate contract) or employment at Accenture for top participants.

• Recruitment process includes CV analysis without AI, analytical tests sent by email, and HR interview in English.
