Senior Consultant Life Sciences - Agile Transformation

The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice helps large global firms solve major challenges through organizational change management and training expertise, supporting clients' transformation journeys.

• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience within the Life Sciences field.
• Experience and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management.
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM; SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology.
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level.

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels, mainly within the Life Sciences sector.
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
• Undertake agile delivery engagements as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner.
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement.
• Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure timely realization of engagement deliverables and outcomes.
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors and support other consultants within the WX practice.
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools.
