Wymagania

  • Proven experience as a business or marketing analyst in SaaS, subscription, or digital businesses.
  • Strong track record of turning insights into outcomes such as lowering acquisition costs, improving funnel conversion, boosting retention, and reallocating spend efficiently.
  • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and consultative communication.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) sufficient to validate assumptions and explore data.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and lifecycle metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, payback).
  • Hands-on experience working with incrementality tests and marketing mix models to guide budget allocation and marketing strategy.
  • Strong ability to define KPIs that matter and keep teams aligned on growth-driving metrics.
  • Skills in storytelling with insights to make complex findings persuasive for marketing leaders and executives.
  • Curiosity and domain fluency in digital marketing, SaaS growth, and customer behavior.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Obowiązki

  • Translate marketing performance data into insights that drive smarter decisions across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and brand campaigns.
  • Lead the business requirements process: clarify what should be measured, why it matters, and how it links to growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership to prioritize analytical needs and ensure insights are tied to strategy and impact.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to shape questions, align models with business context, and turn outputs into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and campaign ROI to uncover growth opportunities, optimize spend, and improve retention.
  • Build or collaborate on incrementality studies and marketing mix modeling to inform budget and strategy decisions (considered a plus).
  • Act as the voice of the business and customer in analytics discussions, focusing measurement on outcomes.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to best practices in business analysis for marketing, ensuring consistency in KPI definitions, requirements gathering, and insight storytelling.
