IT Security Business Analyst

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 700 experienced experts, creating specialized teams for clients worldwide. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, delivering over 60 projects with more than 200 personnel involved. The client is a Norwegian major provider of financial services with a global presence, emphasizing Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with English language exposure.

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including in IT Security / IAM / PAM area
• Experience in risk management
• Hands-on experience with vendor selection processes (including requirements, use cases, evaluation)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in change management environments
• Knowledge of IAM / PAM security best practices (on-premise & cloud)
• Understanding of security principles such as Least Privilege, SoD, Zero Trust
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum and DevOps environments
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical domains
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with CyberArk
• Experience in PAM / Secrets Management projects
• Knowledge of PAM controls and requirements

• Analyze, assess, and validate business and technical requirements, use cases, and gaps in the area of Secrets Management
• Support vendor selection process, including evaluation of tools and solutions
• Participate in and support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities
• Contribute to defining implementation plans and roadmap
• Drive and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
• Document and maintain functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Product Owner, Process Owner, IAM Architect, and SMEs
• Support the maturity growth of PAM / IAM capabilities within the organization
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
