Senior QA Engineer (Manual, FinTech/Banking)

Key requirements (must-have):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing (preferably in banking systems)
• Very good knowledge of SQL (database testing and data validation)
• Hands-on experience with integration testing (API)
• Strong knowledge of formal and informal testing techniques
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including test planning
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt testing to changing requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA and Xray

• Perform end-to-end functional testing of banking processes
• Conduct integration testing with external systems (APIs)
• Execute database testing using SQL
• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams
