RTR SME / Business Analyst

• Strong experience as a RTR Functional SME/Business Analyst in Finance transformation projects.
• Holding a valid Accountancy professional or academic qualification.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of RTR Data Models and implications to process designs and digital tool enablement (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Finance Hierarchies).
• Experience working on RTR Digital Platform implementations (Redwood, Blackline, Trintech, Floqast).
• Deep understanding of RTR process leading practices and their application.
• Deep understanding of RTR rule structures and regulatory standards.
• Deep understanding of RTR data modelling, lineage, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Structured thinking and strong documentation capability.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Prior exposure to SSC / Finance transformation programmes – at least 7 years.
• Experience working with Finance solution technical / data engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud / on-premise platforms and their impact on functional requirements and future RTR Target Operating Models is desirable.

• Identify and document data requirements across key RTR processes (GL, close, fixed assets, intercompany, journals, reconciliations).
• Map source systems (e.g., ERP, sub-ledgers) to target RTR platform structures, including defining data lineage.
• Work closely with Finance leadership (Head of Finance, Controllers) to validate requirements and ensure alignment with reporting and control needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical engineers and architects.
• Work with technical teams to exploit digital platforms' standard functionality to optimize benefits to business clients/users.
• Support testing and setup of digital outcomes to build user confidence and knowledge on the systems.
• Design and implement workaround solutions as required and gain necessary approvals.
• Produce high-quality deliverables including functional requirement documents, functional mapping templates, process/data flow diagrams, business rules documentation, and test scenarios.
