Project Management Team Leader

• Experience in managing projects on the service provider side (for external clients)
• Experience in managing a team of Project Managers
• Experience in managing IT projects in cybersecurity or cloud areas (nice to have)
• Certifications confirming project management competencies, e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PSM
• High communication, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• English language proficiency at least at C1 level

• Supervision over the quality and standardization of project management for external clients
• Managing, developing, and scaling the team of Project Managers
• Developing project management standards
• Collaborating with sales and delivery teams
• Managing project portfolios, budgets, schedules, and risks
• Delegating and receiving tasks from the implementation team
• Periodic reporting of project progress
• Promoting best practices in project management
