Operational Product Owner

Ericsson is number one in 5G Core Network area in the world. The company shapes the standards, invents and delivers end-to-end solutions starting from the idea and ending on release and maintenance. Their products are used by millions of people globally. The role is within the Packet Core organization in Poland, working with the latest Ericsson projects based on Cloud Native technologies.

• Technical background in software design and product development
• Demonstrated ability in leading development teams as Product Owner or Project Manager
• Proven track record of successfully driving complex software solutions spread among many teams and different projects
• Ability to work under time pressure with focus on delivering expected solutions within deadlines
• Extensive experience with delivery time plans creation, anatomies of dependencies, risk, and mitigation plans
• Visibility and efficiency in risks communication, providing and acting on mitigation plans proactively
• Strong customer-focused style, realizing agreed requirements with utmost performance
• Understanding ownership principles, contribution to products with engagement and consideration for wide business and product aspects
• Proactivity, perseverance, natural drive, and leadership
• High communication and collaboration skills
• Strong “we can do it” attitude
• Proficiency in English
