Junior Software Tester

• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 2 years of experience in testing
• Hands on experience in applying testing techniques
• Experience in analysis of customer needs
• Proven experience with test case design
• Experience in reporting complex bugs/issues
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Agile mindset concepts
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish
• Understanding of testing methodologies, Quality Assurance practices, and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Critical yet solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working on projects alongside more experienced testers

• Analysis of systems functional and non-functional requirements
• Contribution to Test Strategy and Quality Assurance processes
• Functional and non-functional test scenarios and test cases design
• Performing functional tests
• Reporting and supporting root-cause analysis for defects
• Writing test documentation (test plans, test reports)
