Technical Integration Lead

The role is within the Global Tax Technology team at Green Minds Sp.zo.o., focusing on platform integrations and global tax technology.

• 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Technical Delivery, Integrations, or Technical Project Management.
• University degree in a technical field.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Skills in backlog management, risk assessment, and technical documentation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Facilitate the intake process for integrations including request evaluation, design review, approval, and setup.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog of active and planned integrations, including risk monitoring.
• Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of integration-related issues (bug triage).
• Act as the main point of contact for integrators via MS Teams and Email.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and QA teams.
• Maintain the Integrations Knowledge Base and publish monthly newsletters.
