AI-First Developer

We are a Latvian IT company that builds and delivers AI based digital solutions for clients. Our daily toolkit includes Wrike, Azure DevOps, Jama Connect — and we are actively integrating AI into every layer of how we work.

• Treat AI as a primary development tool
• Improve prompts, guide iteration, and validate AI output instead of defaulting to manual work
• Solid coding ability in any language — Python, JS, C#, or similar
• Good English, B2 or above
• A side project, automation, or experiment built with AI — even unfinished
• Strong initiative and fast learning

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding tools
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD
• Ability to overlap with Riga working hours (Latvia and Eastern Europe preferred)

• Design and build complex API integrations connecting internal and client systems — Wrike, Azure DevOps, Claude, and others
• Take full ownership of development tasks — from requirements and architecture through to testing and release
• Build new products, features, and internal tools from scratch — not just scripts, but shippable code
• Automate repetitive workflows — status and data syncs, report generation, and recurring manual processes
• Work with Claude as your primary coding partner — prompt, iterate, and ship production-ready code
• Create weekly POC demos — prove the concept fast, refine later
• Continuously improve existing systems, reduce technical debt, and contribute to overall product direction
• Share findings with the team — short demos, Slack notes, or writeups when something works well

• Latvia and Eastern Europe preferred - must be able to overlap with Riga working hours
• All candidates will be required to complete a time-limited task using AI
