Embedded Backend Software Engineer.

The role involves developing functionality for Fabric and Dish appliances in an international work environment. The position is part of a young and open-minded team at Electrolux's Global Fabric and Dish care R&D located in Porcia, where all appliance functionalities are developed and maintained throughout the product life cycle. Qualification testing is performed both in Electrolux facilities and external laboratories. The Electrolux dishwasher factory in Żarów specializes in manufacturing a wide range of dishwashers, including 60 cm full-size and 45 cm slim models, with a commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.

• English knowledge required
• Degree in Software, Electrical, Electronic engineering, or relevant experience (1–3 years)
• Good knowledge of C# programming language and .Net environment and programming paradigms
• Proficiency in Git including structured commits, managing shared repositories, and collaborating through pull requests

• Write embedded low-level software in C# implementing washing, cleaning, and drying cycles according to product specifications from laboratories, consumer test institutes, consumer insight guidelines, and international standards
• Manage software maintenance throughout the product life using appropriate tools
• Ensure pre-compliance of software using real tests and simulation tools
• Provide prompt software updates for quality improvements
• Issue test reports using related templates
• Properly use laboratory equipment, data acquisition systems, testing procedures, and evaluate results
• Provide feedback on test results and preliminary analysis including software simulations with a constructive approach to other departments
• Propose and implement new ideas for development improvement
