IT Solution Architect

Grupa ATERIMA is a Polish company operating in the Polish, German, and French markets. It serves over 1000 clients and employs nearly 200 internal staff. The company has over 10 years of experience providing high-quality services in temporary employment and specialist recruitment, including managerial positions. Its core activity includes home care for elderly and dependent persons under ATERIMA MED, temporary employment services under ATERIMA WORK, and specialist recruitment under ATERIMA HR.

• Experience in designing hybrid system architectures (on-premise + cloud)
• Practical knowledge of system integrations (API, ESB, queues, files, point-to-point integrations)
• Ability to create clear architectural documentation and diagrams
• Broad technical background (applications, data, infrastructure, security)
• Experience with at least one of the following languages: .NET, PHP, or Python
• Knowledge of relational databases MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Practical knowledge of cloud solutions Azure or AWS
• Experience in implementation or support of business systems (preferred knowledge of Enova, Odoo, vTiger, or Dynamics)
• Ability to combine different technologies and openness to working with diverse technology stacks
• Ability to cooperate with business and translate needs into technical solutions
• Independence, responsibility, and a partnership approach to cooperation
• Willingness to analyze existing solutions and optimize them
• Ability to operate in an environment requiring adaptive approaches to tasks

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT transformations
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as Enova, Odoo, vTiger, or Dynamics
• Ability to organize legacy systems (modernization of architecture and code)

• Designing IT solution architecture in a hybrid environment (on-premise + cloud)
• Analyzing existing systems and proposing improvements
• Close cooperation with business to initiate, propose, and implement changes
• Designing and organizing integrations between systems
• Modeling data flows (source of truth, synchronization, real-time vs batch)
• Creating and maintaining architectural documentation (C4, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams)
• Supporting development teams and business in technical decision-making
• Ensuring consistency of architecture and technological standards

The data controller is ATERIMA Europe Sp. z o.o. sp. k. based in Kraków. Personal data is processed for recruitment purposes and, with consent, for future recruitments.
