SAP CS/PS Global Consultant (W/M)

• Proven experience in SAP projects, with specific expertise in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
• Strong knowledge of SAP functionalities and customization options in CS
• Good knowledge of processes, mechanisms, data models and function modules provided by SAP
• Proven experience in SAP customizing
• Completed studies (university/college) in (business) informatics or comparable practical experience
• High initiative and assertiveness, strong teamwork skills, cross-functional task and process-oriented thinking and acting, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work across time zones (support entities from multiple continents)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Optional:

• Additional expertise in Production Planning and Control
• Additional knowledge of PS
• Experience in debugging ABAP programs
• Familiarity with SAP interface technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, and RFC
• German language skills

• Implementation of Change Requests (Requirement identification/customizing/documentation) mainly in SAP S4 CS/PS
• Participate in global digitization projects, driving innovation, standardization and process improvement
• Provide guidance to departments on system selection and process design
• Provide second level user and system support for relevant products and modules
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT-solutions
• Work closely with the SAP development team to implement technical concepts and customizations
