Wymagania
- Education in IT or related fields
- Good general knowledge of IT
- Knowledge of installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL relational databases
- Knowledge of usage and administration of Windows Server and Linux operating systems (preferably RedHat family, Oracle Linux)
- Basic knowledge of LAN network functioning
- English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation
- Familiarity with JIRA and Office365 tools
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Ability to work in a team
- Quick learning ability and willingness to acquire new skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with SCADA, OMS, EMS system implementation
- Knowledge of HA solutions in IT systems
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Obowiązki
- Maintain, develop, and implement IT/OT systems (proprietary system)
- Diagnose reports and problems
- Report and escalate identified irregularities
- Collaborate with the software development department on testing and releasing new software versions
- Provide second-line support to IT/OT system users
- Ensure continuous operation of IT systems
- Develop and maintain knowledge base and project documentation
