Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and ability to design complete research processes.
- Ability to combine various research techniques to analyze problems from multiple perspectives.
- Experience in data analysis and formulating recommendations based on data.
- Independence, good work organization, and responsibility for comprehensive research projects.
- Ability to present research results engagingly and understandably to diverse stakeholder groups (technical and business).
- Very good English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Experience with tools for survey design and execution (e.g., Conjointly), Optimal Workshop, Maze, and analytical tools for quantitative research analysis.
Obowiązki
- Plan and execute complex UX research projects independently, including participant recruitment, study design, moderation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation of results.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research supporting advertising product development.
- Manage assigned product areas and collaborate with stakeholders such as Product Managers, designers, and business and analytics teams.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Formulate accurate data-driven conclusions and design recommendations.
- Define and monitor UX metrics.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize research work.
