Specjalista/Inżynier IT ds. rozwoju oprogramowania (M/K)

Seoyon E-Hwa Automotive Poland is a manufacturer of automotive plastic components. The company started operations in July 2012 and expanded with a modern production plant in Bażanowice in 2015. Key clients include Hyundai, Volkswagen, and Hyundai Mobis.

• Higher education (preferably IT or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle relational databases.
• Good knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming in C#.
• Basic knowledge of .NET Framework (WinForms).
• Knowledge of ERP / MES systems.
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Ability to create and read technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of MS SQL.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of mobile technologies (Android, Flutter, Dart).

• Development and maintenance of software supporting business processes (ERP, MES, SCM systems).
• Diagnosing and resolving issues in MES production systems and ERP class systems.
• Analyzing user reports and implementing improvements to increase system efficiency.
• Collaborating with business and technical departments in designing and developing IT solutions.
• Participating in optimization and automation of company processes.
