• 5 to 10 years of IT experience as a system integrator, especially in ERP, acting as general contractor for IT projects with subcontractor collaboration.
• Documented P&L management experience for organizations of 60–120 FTE.
• Experience in public administration, energy, public utilities, and industrial production sectors.
• Knowledge of large transformational projects.
• Understanding of IT integrator business on the Polish market.
• Knowledge of technology supplier and subcontractor ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and financial skills (budgets, planning, KPIs, report reading).
• Knowledge of service models: PS, AMS, licenses, IP.
• Strategic thinking combined with operational execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term, partnership relationships.
• Result-oriented with responsibility and entrepreneurship.
• Higher technical or business education.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.

• Experience in M&A.

• Manage the entire Business Applications Division with full responsibility for financial results.
• Create and implement annual budgets and 3-year plans.
• Continuously monitor sales prospects at the BU level and prepare sales reports for BUs and the entire division.
• Manage four Business Units (BUs), set goals, and monitor their achievement.
• Coordinate BU activities and develop synergies between them.
• Ensure operational and strategic alignment of BU activities with division and company goals at national and corporate levels.
• Oversee large-scale IT projects, especially where BUs act as general contractors, ensuring project quality and risk management.
• Define the division's development vision, new segments, and strategic initiatives; analyze portfolio scalability and resilience.
• Identify opportunities to create new BUs or service lines.
• Set development goals for BUs and monitor their implementation.
• Select candidate companies for M&A processes; participate in analyses, risk assessments, due diligence; integrate acquired teams and services.
• Build a strong management team, plan succession, develop talents, and support organizational culture and internal compliance processes.
