Data Analyst

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for LPP Group, supporting brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay. The Data Science department actively uses modern technology stacks and GenAI to implement AI solutions that improve business processes, including advanced machine learning models and data-driven pricing optimization.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis with strong data handling skills
• Ability to translate data into concrete business insights and recommendations
• Analytical thinking and ability to connect facts and draw accurate conclusions in complex cases
• Very good knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and understanding database mechanisms
• Very good knowledge of Excel as an analytical tool
• Practical knowledge of statistics and its application in daily work
• Teamwork skills and communication, including knowledge sharing and collaborative problem solving
• AI-powered mindset with openness to testing and implementing AI-based tools that improve work quality

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of Python

• Analyze data end-to-end, including exploration, visualization, and deriving business insights
• Create cyclical and ad-hoc analyses supporting operational and strategic decisions
• Improve and automate data processing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
• Build clear analytical documentation to organize knowledge and facilitate solution development
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analyses and recommendations
• Work with developers and data scientists to develop tools, models, and analytical solutions
• Design test scenarios and actively participate in testing processes
• Verify the quality, consistency, and business value of reports and predictive models
