The Solution Lead – IT & Data Transformation is a senior, customer-facing role within NATEK’s Pre-Sales and Solutioning structure. This position combines technology domain leadership, pre-sales solution design, and delivery alignment, acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Enterprise Customers. The Solution Lead is responsible for shaping and positioning end-to-end IT and data transformation solutions, ensuring they are scalable, commercially sound, and aligned with customer business goals. The role also serves as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders and supports the transition from pre-sales into successful delivery execution.


Wymagania

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (spoken and written)
  • 8–12+ years of experience in IT services, solution architecture, technical consulting, or transformation programs
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale IT and data transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record in pre-sales, solutioning, and senior customer engagement
  • Experience leading distributed or nearshore delivery teams
  • Solid understanding of enterprise data platforms (DWH, Data Lake, Lakehouse)
  • Experience with system integration patterns and enterprise data ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (hands-on or conceptual)
  • Understanding of legacy systems and modernisation approaches
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Understanding of pricing models, cost structures, and value-based selling
  • Ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes and ROI
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and deal shaping

Nice to have:

  • Background in financial services (banking or insurance)
  • Experience with CRM platforms, middleware, or legacy technologies (e.g. WebLogic, SAS)
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory environments

Obowiązki

Solution Design & Customer Engagement:

  • Analyze customer business, functional, and non-functional requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solution architectures
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical discussions with customers
  • Design and present end-to-end service solutions, including scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and delivery approach
  • Ensure solutions align with customer strategy, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture principles

Pre-Sales & Sales Support:

  • Partner closely with Sales teams to shape opportunities and support deal-winning strategies
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, including solution design, effort estimation, and commercial inputs
  • Act as the technical authority during proposal defenses and customer presentations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing and new customer accounts

Leadership & Domain Ownership:

  • Act as a technology/domain leader within the assigned specialization area
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to delivery teams and junior architects/engineers
  • Define and promote standards, best practices, and reusable solution assets
  • Continuously track emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings

Delivery Alignment & Transition:

  • Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery teams
  • Validate delivery feasibility, operating model, and resource alignment
  • Support initial phases of delivery to ensure solution integrity and customer satisfaction
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or critical technical challenges

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Management teams
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented way

Transformation & Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead and shape large-scale IT and data transformation initiatives, including:
    • Legacy application modernization
    • Enterprise Data Platform evolution (DWH, Data Lake, Lakehouse)
    • Microsoft Power Platform adoption (including citizen development scenarios)
    • Enterprise system integrations and data flows
  • Translate business objectives into clear transformation roadmaps and structured work packages
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration standards, scalability, security, and UX/UI principles
  • Drive modernization from legacy ecosystems toward future-proof, cloud-based and data-driven platforms

Client & Nearshore Delivery Management:

  • Act as the main interface between NATEK and the customer across business and IT domains
  • Build and manage high-performing nearshore teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, Developers)
  • Own capacity planning, skill matching, and resource continuity
  • Balance project-based flexibility with long-term team stability

Delivery Governance & Operating Model:

  • Define and optimize the extended workbench / nearshore delivery model
  • Establish delivery processes, collaboration standards, and work package structures
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, risks, dependencies, and overall quality and predictability
