Full Stack Developer

You’ll be joining a collaborative team working on building and maintaining global market technology solutions. This role is unique because you’ll participate in every stage of the development lifecycle—including analysis, coding, testing, and production support. • Willingness to learn and work with multiple programming languages
• Proven experience with at least one core language (Java preferred). Exposure to Kotlin and JavaScript/React is a plus
• Knowledge and practical experience with SQL and database design from a consumer perspective
• Good understanding of HTTP APIs (e.g., RESTful services)
• Familiarity with Unix-based environments
• Hands-on experience with GIT or other version control systems
• Effective command of English (spoken and written) and ability to work in an international environment

• Work as part of a small, agile team (4–6 people) with close interaction with the product owner
• Take business requirements, break them down into stories, and deliver iteratively to production
• Participate in application design and solution architecture following established technology guidelines
• Identify and resolve technical debt while balancing new functionality development
• Support applications in production environments as part of a shared team responsibility
• Contribute to pair programming and peer code reviews to ensure code quality
• Continuously learn and support multiple technology stacks (front-end and back-end)
