SAP Applications Specialist for Finance (m/f)

Our headquarters are located in Wojcieszyn near Nowogard, 40 minutes from Szczecin and on the S6 expressway in Poland.

• Training as a specialist in Financial Accounting or a degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
• More than 5 years of professional experience as a SAP Specialist for Finance in the manufacturing industry, ideally with SAP S/4HANA experience, in projects and/or support.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP financial modules, ideally knowledge of local legal requirements of more than one country (Poland, Switzerland, Germany).
• Good process understanding in an industrial environment to implement cross-module optimizations.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP is an advantage.
• High level of service orientation and experience in coordinating/managing external service providers.
• Very good English skills help you to communicate confidently in the internationally oriented work environment; knowledge of German is an advantage, but no must.

• Drive the design process and technical‑functional implementation of our new SAP S4/HANA system including customizing and configuration of FI/CO modules.
• Act as an internal consultant and collaborate with external partners, business users as well as cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Enable business process innovation through the use of SAP standard best practices solutions.
• Support the organization throughout the entire project lifecycle, from fit to standard workshops till go-live. Project work (Sprint, Agile).
• Provide support to key users and end users as a support function for worldwide operations for requests, incidents and changes related to financial areas.
• Lead and/or support S4/HANA transformation subprojects.
• Hybrid working model with high flexibility – only 4 days per month in Nowogard, the rest fully remote.
