Wymagania

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as IT Director / Head of IT / CIO
  • Proven background in a manufacturing company, preferably FMCG, operating in a 24/7 environment
  • Strong knowledge of: Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualized environments; ERP systems (SAP Business One or other enterprise-class ERPs)
  • Hands-on experience with: IT/OT environments and production system integrations
  • Cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (NIS2 is a strong asset)
  • Ability to manage budgets, priorities, and investment constraints
  • Mature leadership and communication skills
  • English B2

Obowiązki

  • Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with business and production objectives
  • Full accountability for IT infrastructure, business applications, and service continuity (SLA)
  • Manage the IT/OT interface, including integrations between ERP, MES, WMS, and SCADA
  • Oversee cybersecurity, IT policies, and compliance with NIS2 and GDPR
  • Own the ERP landscape (currently SAP Business One) and lead upgrade or transformation initiatives
  • Lead IT projects and manage technology-related risks
  • Manage IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and prioritize investments
  • Cooperate with external vendors, integrators, and technology partners
  • Lead and develop an internal IT team of 7 people
  • Ensure high-quality IT support for production, logistics, and back-office functions
