• You are a final-year student or a graduate of technical studies related to IT
• You are interested in the automotive industry and changes taking place in this industry
• You had contact with tools and methods used in the analysis and modeling of business processes, including: BPMN, UML, Domain Driven Design
• You feel good in relationships with people, you are a communicative person and find satisfaction in helping business partners and gaining their attention for your ideas and services
• You know German and English very well
• You are good at analytical thinking - you can analyze processes/situations/problems in a structured way and propose solutions, focusing on the business goals of your activities

• Analyzing business processes, organizational structures and client's IT environments in terms of their improvement, modernization and implementation of innovative solutions and tools
• Supporting IT Consultants serving our clients from the automotive industry - in the field of digital transformation, digitization, Industry 4.0, etc.
• Joint preparation of concepts, planning and implementation of prepared solutions
• Co-creating presentations and active participation in workshops with clients
• Dealing with issues related to key processes in the automotive industry - production, logistics, marketing, sales and after-sales service - and implementing innovative trends - such as connected car, customer interaction, in car services, autonomous driving, etc.
