Senior Business IT Consultant (Defense, German)

• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures or implementing IT systems in enterprises, especially in the defense industry
• Experience in analysis, modeling and process improvement
• Interest in the defense industry and changes taking place in this industry
• Knowledge of current market trends such as: Digitalization, Customer First, Industry 4.0
• Good interpersonal skills, communicative, and able to help business partners and gain their attention for ideas and services
• Proficiency in German and English
• Good analytical thinking - ability to analyze processes/situations/problems in a structured way and propose solutions, focusing on business goals

• Analysis of data and processes to improve organizational operations
• Collecting requirements from various stakeholder groups
