The team helps customers get the most out of Ad and Publisher products and provides a range of services from enabling better self-help and in-product support to setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for large customers. Solutions range from bespoke and customized to scalable support for millions worldwide. The team partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and enhance client experience. Google creates products and services aimed at making the world a better place, with gTech’s role to help bring them to life through trusted advisors supporting customers globally, rooted in technical skill, product expertise, and understanding of complex customer needs.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in German to support client relationship management in the region.

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
  • 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with effective time-management skills.

Obowiązki

  • Develop an understanding of client needs based on their MOs/CBOs and measurement objectives, provide optimal measurement strategy, and define the right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (e.g., conversion lift studies, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) calibrations) and optimize for success ensuring statistical significance on uplift.
  • Provide knowledge of measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, GeoX, or CL platforms) and design measurement studies.
  • Model results and triage to Return on Investment (ROI) analysis on broader media plans.
  • Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Media Effectiveness rPL (rPSA) to interpret measurement results for clients and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and grow investment.
