gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across the entire Ad products stack. The team provides a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing support through interactions, setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers' business and marketing needs. They also provide complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. The team partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and enhance client experience. Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. The teams of trusted advisors support customers globally with solutions rooted in technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of customers’ complex needs.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.
  • Experience in translating data into insights.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Nice to have:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
  • 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
  • Ability to work separately or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with effective time-management skills.

Obowiązki

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs based on their MOs/CBOs and measurement objectives, provide optimal measurement strategy, and define right KPIs based on their eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (conversion lift studies, MMM calibrations, etc.) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a StatSig read on uplift.
  • Model results and triage to ROI analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Media Effectiveness rPL (rPSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
