T Hub – UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist)

We are launching a strategic technology project to enable seamless global IoT connectivity by simplifying how international partner platforms are integrated and operated. The initiative focuses on building a common integration layer that abstracts the complexity of diverse external APIs and allows connectivity services to be delivered in a consistent, scalable, and automated way.

At the heart of the project is the development of a Connectivity Management Platform Adapter – a modern, extensible solution that connects multiple partner networks with internal systems, and directly supports the delivery of global IoT services for enterprise customers.

You will work on a greenfield, international project with real influence on product usability and design standards.

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, ideally within B2B SaaS or technically complex products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work on dashboards, admin panels, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, advanced components, and prototyping.
• Systems-thinking approach with experience building or extending Design Systems.
• Experience translating developer, administrator, or technical user needs into intuitive user flows.
• Very good command of English (working language of the project).

• Design the user interface and user experience for a Connectivity Management Platform integrations portal.
• Translate complex backend and API-driven data into clear, intuitive, and usable dashboards.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma for new features and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Frontend Developers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation.
• Simplify complex data visualizations such as real-time connectivity status, API performance, and error rates.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable Design System supporting future product growth.
