Program/Project Manager (network consolidation)

• 6–10 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in delivering complex, internationally scoped projects
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Experience in integration, transformation, or infrastructure-related projects is an advantage
• General understanding of infrastructure or network-related projects
• Ability to collaborate with architects and technical teams
• Focus on coordination and delivery rather than technical solution design
• Strong planning, scheduling, and dependency management skills
• Experience in risk management and stakeholder communication
• Ability to work in a matrix organizational environment
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is considered a plus
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication, including with senior stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Coordinating the day-to-day execution of a global IT infrastructure consolidation program
• Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Managing multiple parallel workstreams across various locations and regions
• Ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes in line with project scope and objectives
• Acting as the main project point of contact supporting the program lead
• Coordinating collaboration between IT teams, technical teams, and external partners
• Preparing materials and supporting governance meetings and steering committees
• Facilitating workshops, status reviews, and coordination meetings
• Maintaining and updating RAID logs along with mitigation plans
• Monitoring the project budget, forecasts, and variances
• Identifying risks related to timelines, vendors, and organizational readiness
• Escalating key issues with context, impact, and recommended actions
• Preparing clear and concise status reports for stakeholders
• Structuring complex project information to support decision-making
• Maintaining logs of actions, decisions, and changes
• Ensuring consistent communication across teams and regions
