Technical Proposal Writer

Aristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat Leisure Limited's regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business formed in 2024 by the merger of Anaxi and NeoGames businesses. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and applicable experience in Proposal Writing, Marketing Writing, or Technical Writing in B2B/B2G hardware or software companies for a technical audience.
• Proven experience in writing, editing, and management, preferably in the lottery industry or related B2B technology/software industry, with 5+ years preferred.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills for a technical audience with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally across disparate time zones.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and customer communications.

• Develop clear, concise, and persuasive product-driven proposals addressing client needs and following all RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across Sales, Legal, Product, IT, DevOps, R&D, Data, Cybersecurity, and other teams to gather information and tailor proposals.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, technically accurate, well-written, and edited to the highest quality.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure proposals are free from errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain proposal templates and libraries for future use.
• Continuously improve proposal writing processes and templates for efficiency and quality.
