R2R Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance transformation or R2R processes, with strong interest in process improvement and automation.
• Good understanding of R2R process flows and finance operations.
• Experience working with or around ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle or similar).
• Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Partner with international clients to analyze and redesign R2R processes, identifying automation and technology-driven improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to high-impact finance transformation projects delivering measurable business value.
• Participate in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, helping shape future-state finance organizations.
• Apply R2R expertise to recommend solutions improving efficiency, controls, and management insight.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and client Subject Matter Experts to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Support ERP and finance system implementations (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle).
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas into transformation initiatives.
