Product Design Lead

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The company has a team of 1,300 employees and operates in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

• Proven experience as a UX Lead, Product Design Lead, or Design Manager.
• Extensive experience leading design for native mobile (iOS/Android) and mobile web platforms.
• Deep understanding of iGaming and GameDev sectors, including regulatory requirements and complex user flows.
• Ability to set up, optimize, and govern end-to-end design processes aligned with Agile/Scrum.
• Strategic thinker capable of solving complex business challenges through design.
• Experience establishing and scaling multi-platform design systems in Figma optimized for developer handoff and brand consistency.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI Designers.
• Assess skill gaps and create personalized growth plans for team members.
• Define and own the design lifecycle, including rituals such as critiques, sprints, and handoffs.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate business goals into user-centric product strategies.
• Oversee the evolution and governance of a multi-product design system.
• Advocate for user-centricity through usability testing and data-driven feedback at the leadership level.
