Senior Java Developer

Pretius is working on a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries.

• Strong experience in backend development with Java 17+, Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Security, and cloud-native applications
• Experience with SQL databases, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Git & GitHub, including pipeline development
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, AssertJ, and Hamcrest
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and deployment
• Knowledge of Bash/Shell scripting for automation and system integration
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and enterprise settings
• Strong English communication skills (B2/C1)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively in distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, configurable backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot to meet diverse customer requirements
• Ensure efficiency of PostgreSQL databases for scalable solutions
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend systems
• Use Bash/Shell scripting for automation and system integration tasks
• Contribute to application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, including package management with Helm
