Data/IT System Analyst (Data Warehouse / Integration)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly for financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. They have extensive experience in large, complex projects used daily by millions of users. Most projects are long-term and remote, with occasional integration and thematic meetings.

• Recruitment process consists of 2 stages:
  • Short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  • Online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in system analysis and IT projects
• Knowledge of principles of designing and building modern data warehouses (Data Warehouse)
• Experience in data modeling and profiling
• Knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL in designing and building database solutions
• Experience in modeling communication between systems
• Experience in analyzing existing and designing new system interfaces
• Ability to present information at various levels of detail (from general to technical)
• Experience working with business and ability to combine business and architectural requirements
• Knowledge and practical use of Confluence and Jira tools
