- Fully independent and self-driven, able to work without supervision.
- Experience in technical recruitment (Mid/Senior levels) and familiarity with technology stacks.

- Receive specific IT role requirements from Next Technology.
- Utilize personal contacts, tools, and sourcing skills to find candidates.
- Present a selected shortlist of candidates.
- Close the recruitment process and issue an invoice.
