• Knowledge of basic TCP/IP network concepts and related services and management
• Good command of English, at least sufficient for reading technical documentation and communication

Additional assets:

• Completion or ongoing studies at a university in IT or telecommunications
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems

• Monitoring the state of the network, services, and server rooms
• Troubleshooting, handling failures, and supervising planned works in cooperation with other technical teams
• Coordinating work related to managed resources
