Junior Fullstack Developer (Java + Javascript)

Scalo is offering a position involving work on a project for a client from the banking sector, focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing application forms.

• Experience working with Java and JavaScript in the context of web applications.
• Experience with development and testing tools including jUnit, Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Selenium.
• Ability to design and develop web applications considering quality and performance.
• Understanding of user interface design principles and practical application.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for daily work.
• Use of AI tools to increase work efficiency.
• Ability to propose solutions.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Eximee platform or other low-code platforms.
• Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SQL.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and Design Thinking.
• Experience with Scrum, Jira, and Splunk.

• Participate in a project for a banking sector client involving design, development, and optimization of application forms.
• Implement solutions based on the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Maven, jUnit, and Selenium.
• Ensure quality, performance, and usability of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and improve processes.
• Identify areas for optimization and propose technological improvements.
• Work in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per month in Łódź.
