TV CDN System Engineer - TV Services Development Section

T-Mobile Poland is developing TV services for both live and on demand content with breakthrough features to provide the best experience for customers. The company aims to deliver state of the art video streaming services based on a suite of microservices deployed on private and public cloud. The team works in an Agile environment with end-to-end product responsibility.

• 5+ years experience in development and operations of video streaming solutions with focus on unicast video distribution and delivery
• Practical understanding of deploying, operating, and troubleshooting web technology stacks on TCP/IP (IPv4 and IPv6), including ARP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/1.1/2, and TLS
• Good knowledge of infrastructure operations including Linux, Load Balancing, Firewalling, L2 and L3 routing, BGP
• Proven experience in content processing, storage, and distribution preferably in a DevOps model
• Experience in troubleshooting live video streaming

• Design, build, maintain and monitor infrastructure to support delivery of T-Mobile video streaming services
• Engineer and support production environments, including automation of patches, upgrades, reliability and performance improvements
• Contribute to and create new designs to improve current infrastructure or deliver new business products
• Assist with capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
• Collaborate with Developers, Engineers, Testers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Solutions Architects to improve and develop digital solutions
• Design and deploy content security mechanisms
