Senior C++ Developer (Fixed Income Trading / STP)

Augmenta is hiring a Senior C++ Developer to reinforce and enhance their global trading platform, focusing on core trading and straight-through processing (STP) systems for Fixed Income securities.

• Good communication skills in English.
• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of C++ development experience in Windows or Linux environments, focusing on object-oriented methodologies and delivering high-quality products.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with Fixed Income products.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, STL, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with database application development, particularly SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of XML and FpML.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Straight-through processing (STP).
• Experience with FIX protocol-based applications.
• Understanding of post-trade processes and clearing.
• Experience developing high-throughput, low-latency, and resilient software.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.

• Participate in the design, development, and refinement of core trading systems and STP solutions, focusing on Fixed Income securities.
• Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project progression.
• Stay informed of and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations related to SEC Regulation SCI.

Working hours must overlap with New York business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET).
