PMO With Dora

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, IT program, or project management, preferably within large ICT programs
• Experience with program management activities, including executive reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Basic knowledge of DORA regulation and IT resilience topics
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized approach to work
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and supporting program-level initiatives

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DORA

• Support the Program Management Office (PMO) within the DORA programme
• Prepare and deliver executive reporting materials for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate and follow up on program activities, tasks, and deliverables
• Track and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with the Program Manager, Program Sponsor, and wider PMO team
• Provide tactical and administrative support across the program
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Support ad-hoc PMO tasks related to program execution and governance
