• Basic IT knowledge including Windows systems, Google environment, and basic home/office network configuration.
• Good communication skills, patience, and high personal culture.
• Valid category B driving license for travel to various office openings.
• Willingness to learn company standards and modern IT approaches.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with tools such as screwdrivers and levels, including opening laptops.

• Provide first-line support to a team of 300 agents and office staff, assisting with hardware and software issues (Google Workspace).
• Prepare workstations for new employees including laptop configuration, account setup, and access management.
• Maintain infrastructure including multifunction devices, scanners, and conference room systems.
• Keep accurate inventory records of IT equipment such as laptops, phones, and tablets.
• Manage IT warehouse organization including cabling, components, and accessory stock.
• Support mobile device configuration for agents working in the field.
• Perform basic hardware repairs such as RAM and disk replacement and equipment cleaning.
• Participate in service trips and opening of new offices across Poland.
• Build infrastructure from scratch including LAN/Wi-Fi setup, office furniture assembly, mounting wall accessories, and cable management.
