Change Lead

Hays IT Contracting provides B2B cooperation by matching IT specialists to technology projects. The client is a bank launching a strategic program "Ways of Working" to change the way of working across the organization with 500+ office employees, sponsored by the Management Board and implemented in stages.

• Conducting workshops for teams and ambassadors on the new way of working.
• Facilitating meetings in a new format and leading practical exercises (narrative, prioritization, asynchronous work).
• Individual support and mentoring of managers in implementing changes in teams.
• Monitoring adoption of new rules and tools and responding where change stalls.
• Collaborating with the program leader on schedule execution and progress reporting.
• Creating simple materials supporting change and building a network of ambassadors.

• Documented experience in leading organizational changes in companies of similar scale (500+ office employees).
• Practical knowledge of narrative/memo format or other structured decision documents.
• Experience facilitating workshops based on exercises, simulations, and group work (not lectures or presentations).
• Ability to work with management and the Board, including conducting difficult conversations and providing constructive feedback.
• User-level knowledge of AI tools and understanding their impact on work methods.
• Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, energy) is a significant advantage.
