Wymagania

  • Experience in creating and leading high performing Service Delivery Teams.
  • Strong experience with ITIL service management processes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels with deep subject matter expertise and pragmatic understanding of business needs.
  • Ability to maintain good relations while providing necessary feedback and professional independence.
  • Ability to effectively plan, manage, and prioritize work to meet multiple or competing objectives.
  • Self-starter with skills in creating clear strategies and plans and delivering practical actions with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across international matrix structures and different cultures.
  • Skilled in solution generation with a positive 'can do' attitude to overcome obstacles.

Obowiązki

  • Ownership of the Regional service delivery model and processes ensuring they are fit for purpose and followed to deliver agreed services.
  • Ownership of key governance processes, Group IT General Controls, Change Management, and supplier management.
  • Collaborate with support team managers to drive strategic change and innovation initiatives.
  • Ownership of operational Service Delivery processes and KPIs, including Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Act as ultimate escalation point for Incident/Problem Management issues, leading Senior Managers and Infrastructure team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Resource, manage, and develop technical and non-technical teams; succession planning throughout the department.
  • Direct management of the team including objective setting, appraisals, and personal development.
  • Manage key internal and external relationships with stakeholders.
