Ruby On Rails Developer/Fullstack - M/K

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing web applications with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of API design and integration
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Ability to work in a team and communicate in an international environment
• Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Willingness to work on-site during onboarding (first 2 weeks)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Hotwire or React
• Experience with Docker, MySQL, Elasticsearch
• Experience in SaaS projects
• Experience with AI tools supporting development
• Knowledge of the life science domain
• Higher education in natural sciences

• Design and develop web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Create and develop platform APIs
• Implement new functionalities and enhance existing modules
• Maintain code quality through testing, maintenance, and refactoring
• Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders
• Participate in architecture design and technological decision-making
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Utilize AI tools to support development processes (e.g., code review, code generation, testing)
• Work in an Agile environment within an international team
