Product Owner (m/f)

Apilo is a SaaS software for multichannel sales management. The system offers advanced sales management features, integration with external e-commerce systems, and major Marketplace platforms such as Allegro, Amazon, eBay, and Empik. The company is steadily growing its portfolio and team, working on modern e-commerce solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner (Technical PO, System Analyst, or Technical PM) in e-commerce SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Jira (backlog management) and Miro (sequence diagrams, data flow, process mapping, workshops).
• Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel) and design tools (basic Figma for review).
• High assertiveness and ability to argue decisions with data.
• Very good understanding of API mechanisms and tools like Postman (independent endpoint testing).
• Understanding of e-commerce processes (order lifecycle, state synchronization).
• AI-driven mindset: practical ability to use AI tools in daily product work.

Nice to have:

• Experience building AI-based solutions or using AI to automate data mapping.

Core & Platform:

• Manage product backlog for the Core area and prioritize tasks based on real business value.
• Create detailed User Stories and Definition of Ready (Acceptance Criteria) based on mockups and flowcharts.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to verify technical feasibility of ideas.

Marketplace & Integrations:

• Analyze technical documentation of partners (API REST/JSON, Webhooks) and map them to the company's architecture.
• Work closely with the Integration Team on designing stable connectors.
• Prepare technical specifications in Miro, including field mapping and error handling (retry policy).
• Manage technical relationships with partners (e.g., Allegro, Shoper, InPost).
