Grupa Shoper is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Poland. The project involves development and maintenance of an API platform and developer tools supporting the integration ecosystem.


Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Product Manager / Product Owner in a team developing APIs and developer products/tools (e.g., CLI, webhooks, documentation).
  • Ability to manage backlog and priorities with multiple stakeholders (business, product teams, engineering, partners).
  • Ability to define, monitor, and optimize API metrics: product, business, and technical.
  • Experience collaborating with other product and technology teams on integration development and partner ecosystem.
  • Very good knowledge of REST API and Webhook mechanisms.
  • Experience designing, developing, or maintaining high-scale APIs.
  • Experience creating and maintaining public technical documentation (for developers, partners, integrators).
  • Experience working with public or partner APIs.
  • Understanding of versioning, backward compatibility, and integration migration.
  • Ability to work at the intersection of business, engineering, and external developers.
  • Independence in product decision-making and ability to defend priorities.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of CLI tools concepts (practical experience).

Obowiązki

  • Responsible for development of API and developer products and tools (including REST API, Webhooks, documentation, CLI).
  • Manage a product-technical team (setting direction and goals, prioritization, daily team support).
  • Manage backlog and roadmap involving multiple stakeholders (other product teams, business, partners, external developers).
  • Define and enforce product priorities based on data, business impact, and platform needs.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize API metrics (product, business, technical).
  • Responsible for developer experience (DX) including onboarding, API consistency and quality, error clarity, documentation, and reducing time-to-first-integration.
  • Collaborate with other product and technology teams on integration development, joint solutions, and partner ecosystem scaling.
  • Co-create and implement API development strategy (versioning, backwards compatibility, deprecations, design standards).
  • Responsible for public technical documentation and its consistency with actual API behavior.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and collect developer feedback (support, reports, community).
