Process Engineer at Gillette Factory

• Recent graduate or within two years of graduation from a Technical University in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in eliminating losses in production or other processes.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Strong leadership skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
• Open to learning, demonstrates initiative, and flexible in work approach.

• Manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Oversee project launches and implement new initiatives that impact operations.
• Implement and lead automation initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
• Work alongside professionals, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and targeted training.
