Senior Data Scientist - Model Risk Office

P&G Scaled Data Science Hub in Warsaw is dynamically growing and impacts key algorithmic investments across Retail, Media, Digital commerce, R&D, Supply Chain, Productivity, and Knowledge management. The Model Risk Office team analyzes data science implementations for methodology and assumption gaps, identifying risks and providing guidelines. The Warsaw Hub specializes in developing and scaling algorithms impacting over 100,000 P&G employees and billions of consumers worldwide. The global team includes over 200 Data Scientists across multiple countries.

• At least a Master's degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's/Engineer degree with sufficient data science experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science, including at least 3 years with production-grade applications.
• Solid coding skills, preferably in Python and Spark.
• Strong technical and analytical skills in machine learning, optimization/operations research, simulation, predictive modeling.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Big Data ecosystem: Databricks, Spark, BigQuery.
• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with Agile DevOps, Github, Jira, Confluence.

• Partner with product teams and business leaders to understand problems and ensure reliable algorithmic solutions.
• Develop insights to guide other data scientists for positive business impact.
• Work with systems and pipelines handling large datasets (e.g., 1.5TB daily consumer touchpoints).
• Help data science teams answer business questions using machine learning techniques.
• Develop understanding of machine learning, statistics, optimization, GenAI, and advanced analytical models.
• Learn to build and maintain resilient algorithmic pipelines.
• Review and write production-grade code applying best practices.
